Thank you for purchasing the Small Injection Molding DFM Review

Your order has been received. The next step is to submit your project information and CAD file link so 3DDFM can complete the review.

What happens next?

Step 1 — Submit your project files

Please complete the project intake form below and provide a download link to your CAD files, drawings, screenshots, or reference documents.

You can use Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WeTransfer, Filemail, or another file-sharing service.

Please make sure the link is accessible.

Step 2 — Scope confirmation

The Small DFM Screen is intended for one simple injection molded part.

Before starting the review, 3DDFM will confirm that the uploaded files match the purchased package.

If the project includes multiple parts, complex assemblies, advanced snap-fits, electronic enclosures, or more detailed review requirements, we will pause and confirm the correct fixed-fee package before continuing.

Submitting files does not expand the review scope.

Step 3 — DFM review

Once the scope is confirmed, 3DDFM will review the part for key injection molding risks, including:

  • Wall thickness concerns

  • Basic draft angle concerns

  • Obvious undercuts or tooling complexity

  • Major rib, boss, or feature risks

  • Sink mark or cosmetic risk areas

  • Overall manufacturing readiness

Step 4 — Report delivery

You will receive a short PDF review report with annotated screenshots, key risks, a red/yellow/green rating, and recommended next steps.
