Thank You — Your CAD Risk Audit Order Has Been Received

Thank you for ordering your Pre-Tooling CAD Risk Audit.

We have received your order and will review the information after your files and project details are submitted.

Please send the relevant product information as soon as possible so we can begin the audit.

What happens next:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email.

  2. Please send your CAD files, screenshots, drawings, product information, and main questions.

  3. We will review the submission against the standard audit scope.

  4. We will complete the CAD and manufacturing risk audit.

  5. You will receive a written summary report with priority risks and recommended next steps.

If the submitted project is significantly outside the standard audit scope, we will contact you before proceeding.

Please send any relevant information you have:

  • STEP files or CAD screenshots

  • 2D drawings, if available

  • Assembly screenshots, if relevant

  • Product photos or prototype photos

  • Supplier feedback, if available

  • Target manufacturing process

  • Expected production volume

  • Target material, if known

  • Main questions or concerns

  • Any known constraints, such as cost, size, material, manufacturing process, or assembly requirements

If your files are too large to email, please send a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive, or similar file-sharing link.

Important scope note:

The standard Pre-Tooling CAD Risk Audit includes review of up to 3 parts or 1 small assembly.

It does not include full CAD redesign, detailed engineering redesign, mold design, tooling design, supplier sourcing, manufacturing management, production drawings, simulation, tolerance stack analysis, or unlimited revisions.

The audit is intended to identify practical CAD, manufacturability, assembly, and supplier quote risks before tooling, fabrication, supplier quotes, or production planning.

Need to send files or ask a question?

Please reply to the confirmation email with your files, file-sharing link, and project details.

Possible next steps after the audit:

Depending on the audit findings, we may recommend one of the following:

  • CAD redesign or refinement

  • Injection Molding DFM Review

  • Electronic Enclosure Design Review

  • Sheet Metal DFM Review

  • Manufacturing Quote Preparation

  • Paid DFM Strategy Call

  • Custom product development support

We will only recommend a next step if it makes sense for your project.
